CARPENTER’S WORKSHOP
We also work with wood as part of our comprehensive offer of sales assortment elements for our customers. In addition to unique displays, stands, merchandise trays, we also offer a complete set of business facilities ranging from graphic design, distribution of shop segments to complete production and implementation of a turn-key shop. As part of our services, we will also provide clients with installation.
In our carpenter workshop we produce wooden elements and custom furniture. You can find interior furnishings, showroom furniture, presentation stands, built-in wardrobes, tables, chests of drawers and more. We use:
- LDTD – laminated chipboard
- Filmed MDF,
- veneered DTD and MDF,
- High-gloss laminates.
Machine equipment in the carpenter workshop:
Sliding Table Saw – divides the large sheet material and performs straight and angled cuts. The angle of cut is controlled by adjusting the angle of the blade.
Edgebander – with a chain feed system that applies edges to flat wooden parts, application of adhesive, creating aligned trimming, edge wiping and polishing.
Biscuit Jointer – uses a small circular saw blade to cut a crescent-shaped hole in the opposite edges of two pieces of wood or wood composite panels. An oval-shaped, highly dried and compressed wooden biscuit (beech or particle wood) is covered with glue, or glue is applied in the slot to create the perfect flush joint.
Router / Spindle Moulder – this machine is commonly used to trim and shape wood or plastic to make it ideal for various uses. Straight and shaped work can be done on this versatile machine.
