Metal Processing

Komaxit:

• Metal furnish processing, powder coating, paint application. We also coat powdered color on aluminum, with exception of plastics and non-metal things.
• GALATEK – kinetic and static komaxit link, effective working 3600*1200*1800 mm
• Two coating cabines

Gac burn oven:

• Working size 3600*1200*1800 mm

Hydraulic bending machine:

• Machine necessary for bending metal sheets and metals operating by pressure of 65 tons with an effective length of material of 2.5m

Saws:

• Enable cutting different materials in to necessary sizes.
• STG –a line saw
• GRAVLE170 –a circle saw for aluminum and plastic profiles
• ELUMATEC – a saw for aluminum profiles

Laser:

• Able to cut construction steel, anticor, galvanized sheets. For cutting gases like O2 and N2 are being used.
• TRUMATIC L3020, working sizes 1500*3000 mm
• The metals are suitable ffor future processing in own workrooms which have welding, cutting, bending and other facilities.
