Ross provides customers with complex service from proposal, design, graphic processing , production, installation and servis. We offer both warranty and post-warranty service. The standard warranty period is 24 months of trouble-free operation if there is no tampering or improper handling.

Extended warranty
It is possible to extend the warranty period for special products. Ross use high-quality materials to manufacture, so are able to extend the warranty period up to 5 years for the entire product. The extended warranty covers common defects of goods that arise from normal use during the term specified in the contract.
